EnEV – German Energy Saving Ordinance
The EnEV is a part of the German economic administrative legislation and defines technical building standards for the energy-efficient performance of residential, office and some types of commercial buildings. The first ordinance came into force in 2002 and was last revised and extended in 2009. The next revision is scheduled for 2013. We will report on new developments in future newsletters.
