- Dimensioning is based on permissible stresses, thus characteristic loads are compared with the permissible load-bearing capacity
- Permissible storey height ≤ 3.25 m

Prefabricated parts made of clay bricks
We also offer prefabricated wall elements made of clay bricks. These pre-produced elements enable quick and cost-efficient on-site installation and replace time-consuming construction work such as small-scale bricklaying.
This is made possible by the use of new load-bearing clay bricks. These can now be used in load-bearing masonry for buildings up to building class 4 in accordance with DIN 18940 of April 2023. Available in 2DF and 3DF formats, they meet compressive strength class 5. These tested, quality-controlled clay bricks combine the positive properties of clay with the current requirements of sustainable, load-bearing construction, thus offering an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional building materials.
